I work with women who struggle with feeling stuck in some aspect of their life. And then I help them unpack the story they are telling themselves ♥ We identify what is most important to them by focusing on simplifying, striving for progress not perfection and creating a positive dialogue in their thoughts. I'm a firm believer that our mindset is the determining factor of our happiness. Perspective in life is everything.

For over a decade of my life, I lived in a state of not feeling enough. I was very insecure with my body and wondered if this was all there was to life. Until I took a look within, I never realized how toxic my thoughts were. And I isolated these feelings from others so what I was thinking were thoughts that only I knew about!

This resulted in years of trialing different fad diets (low fat, high fat, artificial sugars, etc), nutrition programs (Atkins, Weight Watchers, Calorie King, My Fitness Pal) and killing myself with cardio workouts. Ultimately, I was trying to find happiness which I thought came from losing weight. No matter how much progress I made, I chased for more leaving me in  the same place of not enough.

After feeling like a constant failure I took time to understand what was missing from my life. I spent years learning and teaching myself simple systems that would become my lifestyle. I no longer defined myself by numbers and started to engage in things that built my confidence. Now I have the pleasure of helping over 100 clients to also find the same for their lives.

When I'm not working, I can be found spending time with my family. I am a wife and mom to two young daughters. I've learned through my kids to seek the magic in everyday - it's there if we are open to seeing it.

I thrive in the early morning, live by all things lists and collages. I believe Amazon is taking over the world and Pinterest is the ultimate go-to for ideas on almost anything. Am I right?

If you're dying to know more, here are 5 things you may not know about me:

  1. I'm obsessive over organization and my handwriting.
  2. If I had time I would binge watch reality TV - Bachelor, Married at First Sight, KUWTK, Fixer Upper
  3. I love "love stories" - hence reality tv choices and my favorite fiction author being Nicholas Sparks.
  4. I’m a homemade pizza connoisseur and master grilled cheese maker.
  5. Extrovert turned total introvert [post mommyhood] who looks forward to the 8pm hour when the little hellions are off in la-la land.
  6. Ok - six things since I love even numbers and I think it's important you know that I struggled to conceive my girls. I've been pregnant 7 times (1 ectopic, 4 miscarriages and two full-term babies living). I understand the heartache of wanting to be a mom, having trouble and pregnancy after loss.

MOTHERHOOD

Hands down the hardest job / role you'll ever step into. Instead of judging other moms, let's learn to practice more kindness. There is no right way when you come from a place of love.

MINDSET

What we think, we believe. What we believe, shapes our reality. Our thoughts carry a lot of power. What we allow into our minds influences us. Be sure to know the story you're telling yourself.

TABLE TIME PODCAST

Let's step outside of the comparison trap to learn that we all begin somewhere - and most times, not as glamorous as social media makes it out to be. Tune in, subscribe & leave a review!

EVERYDAY LIFE

I love to share all the in-betweens that make us us. And what I've learned is that these every day things are what connect us all together. Life doesn't always have to be so branded.

BODY ACCEPTANCE

In a world that tries to make us feel less than, it's time we rise above and know we are enough! Acceptance is the first step to owning who we are. Taking time for ourselves is necessary not a luxury.

BARGAIN SHOPPING

I love fashion! And I love bargain shopping. This is my hobby. So when I find a good bargain or a way to get more for your money, you best believe I'm sharing it with you.

DEEP CONVERSATION | REALITY TV | DARK CHOCOLATE

DEEP CONVERSATION: I love to learn what makes you YOU. I want to know what it was like growing up you, the things you love, the stuff that makes life hard ... the "more than surface, small talk" conversation. Some people find it uncomfortable and some people find it freeing.

I've learned that the struggles that are not spoken of, are what keep women feeling alone, isolated and not good enough. By talking about things like body acceptance, self love, infertility - only then we can realize that we are truly never alone. Vulnerability does not equal weakness. In fact, vulnerability is strength!

REALITY TV: it's my escape and I will never call it a guilty pleasure because it's totally guilt-free for me. I'm a lover of love stories so I indulge in Bachelor/Bachelorette, Married At First Sight and Fixer Upper. I also find myself drawn to Real Housewives of Atlanta, Keeping up with the Kardashians and the Cooking Network.

DARK CHOCOLATE: Last but certainly not least, dark chocolate is life. And I'm not talking about the 90% pure cocoa one that is bitter as hell. I'm talking about the smooth dark chocolate and slab some nut butter with it ... MMMMM.
