HOW TO BOOST YOUR ENERGY WITH SENSI GRAVES

Have you ever just wished for one moment you could have more energy in your life? Today we are talking all about how to boost your energy through some key elements with Sensi Graves. Sensi is a professional kiteboarder, entrepreneur, writer, speaker and kiteboarding coach. 

 
In 2012, she launched her swimwear label called Sensi Graves Swim to meet the demands of her sport (after losing one too many string bikinis in the surf).
 
She tackled the job herself of designing suits that actually stay on in the rough conditions. Today, Sensi focuses on expanding her sustainable swimwear brand and developing content that empowers, uplifts and inspires.
 
I’m excited to listen and learn how Sensi helps women to have more energy through body language, mantras and staying in what she calls the stoke zone.
 

Some interview questions I asked Sensi include:

  • Give us a little background on who you are / what you do?
  • Did you have a turning point in your life when you realized that you had to make a change? (this would be your credibility story of experience, school, etc)
